Terms and Conditions1) In Store a) Returnable samples can be loaned for up to 2 weeks. b) Larger samples can be requested. We ask for a deposit for 1 metre of fabric.
2) Web Store a) Minimum order is 1 metre. Only whole metres (units) of fabric can be purchased. b) Customers can order up to 5 free swatches. For swatch requests over this amount payment is required to cover delivery and costs. c) Colours may differ slightly from the images.
3) Stock availability Our materials are not mass produced therefore sometimes we run out. We advise our customers to check stock availability before deciding on a fabric.
4) Returns and Exchanges a) All cut fabric purchases are final sales. b) If we are notified within 7 days small items, clothing and accessories - including their delivery charge - are refundable. These need to be returned to us in the same condition they were received within 3 weeks - at customer's expense.
5) Retail Delivery a) Estimated delivery is between 4 – 8 working days. b) Delivery Costs: For orders up to £39.99 = £2.35 For orders between £40 to £79.99 delivery = £4.00 For orders between £80 to £159.99 delivery = £7.05 For orders over £160 delivery = £11.75 c) Smaller fabric purchases - depending on weight - will be tissue wrapped and boxed. Larger amounts (e.g. 7 metres upwards) will be dispatched on a cardboard tube unless otherwise discussed with us.
6) International Retail and Trade Delivery We can arrange to ship or post purchases anywhere in the world. Please contact us for a quote.
7) Trade Delivery a) We will quote the estimated delivery costs once items have been packaged and weighed.
8) Curtain and Blind Making a) We ask that a 50% deposit is paid before work is carried out. The outstanding amount must be paid upon delivery. b) We charge a £40 measuring fee within a 50-mile radius. This is refundable against an order.
9) Special Orders (eg, made-to-measure table linen) We ask that a 50% deposit is paid before work is carried out. The outstanding amount must be paid upon delivery. |
